Major Injury Collision on 15 Freeway Saturday
Victorville, Ca (June 12, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a car crash on Interstate 15, also known as Barstow Freeway, Saturday morning.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a black Volkswagen Jetta collided with a semi truck. The accident happened near the intersection at Dale Evans Parkway.
Shortly after 6:50 a.m., medical personnel arrived at the location and found a lot of debris on the road. Officials mentioned the crash left one person trapped in the wreckage. Responding rescue teams worked extensively to extricate the victims.

The CHP dispatch later confirmed one person sustained major injuries as a result of the crash. Additional information on the victim have not been discussed thus far.
Investigators continue to work at this time to determine the precise circumstances that led to the car and truck crash on Interstate 15 in Victorville.
