2 Hospitalized After Collision Near Food 4 Less Shopping Center
Victorville, CA (March 31, 2022) – Two people suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on La Paz Drive on March 18.
Multi-Vehicle Accident on La Paz Drive in Victorville
The Victor Valley News Group published an article online reporting multiple vehicles that collided in the area just east of Valley Center Drive. Officials said the crash took place near the entrance to the Food 4 Less shopping center.
Shortly after 5:34 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. First responders found at the scene a silver Toyota Corolla, a silver Toyota Celica, and a black Chevy Cruze. Due to the force from the impact, all three cars sustained major damage; and ended up blocking the eastbound lanes of La Paz Drive.
Responding medical personnel said at least two people sustained injuries as a result of the wreck. Two American Medical Response ambulances arrived, and transported the patients to local area hospitals for treatment and further evaluation.
Several factors surrounding the incident remained unclear. At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led up to the traffic crash on La Paz Drive in Victorville.
