5 Injured in Victorville Crash on 15 Freeway Near Bear Valley and Main
VICTORVILLE, CA (December 11, 2022) – Several were hospitalized after a car crash on the 15 Freeway near Bear Valley Road and Main Street in Victorville.
According to an article published by the Victor Valley News, the accident took place on Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at around 2:05 p.m.
The incident happened on December 10 when four cars collided for an unknown reason in Victorville. The vehicles crashed on the southbound 15 freeway between Bear Valley Road and Main Street.
Multiple Cars Collide
The California Highway Patrol described the cars as a blue Hyundai, a white Mercedes, a dark-colored pickup truck, and a light-colored SUV. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
A total of five people ended up hurt as a result of the collision. Medical personnel rushed three of them to the hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
A private vehicle transported a fourth patient for further aid. The report did not release the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the southbound lanes of the 15 freeway to shut down between Bear Valley and Main following the wreck. The cause of the Victorville crash is still under investigation.
