3 Children Injured in Collision at Victorville Intersection
VICTORVILLE, Calif. (Dec. 10, 2024) — Three children were among those injured Monday night in a Victorville crash involving two vehicles at Green Tree Boulevard and Ridgecrest Road.
The traffic accident occurred at around 9:18 PM on Dec. 9th, at the Victorville intersection, according to a report by Victor Valley News Group.
Paramedics responded to the crash site involving a white Honda SUV and a black Honda Civic, the report said.
The white SUV had front-end damage and the black car came to a stop on the opposite side of the road, the report said.
Firefighters located a woman trapped in the Honda’s passenger seat and used extrication tools to remove her from the car.
Paramedics brought four ground ambulances to transport the injured children and woman to St. Mary’s Medical Center for treatment.
Authorities closed down the roadway temporarily and removed the damaged vehicles.
The Victorville Police Department is investigating the cause of the accident.
