Pedestrian Killed in Victorville Accident Near Culver Road and Burwood Road
VICTORVILLE, CA (April 29, 2021) – A pedestrian died after an accident near Culver Road and Burwood Road in Victorville.
According to an article published by the Victor Valley News, the tragic incident occurred on Wednesday night. Officers reported the crash on April 28 at about 9:08 p.m.
Deputies said a Chevrolet Camaro going west on North Culver Road struck a male pedestrian for an unknown reason. The driver hit him near the intersection with Burwood Road in Victorville.
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded and then found the victim on the ground and suffering from major injuries a result of the collision.

Medical personnel soon pronounced him dead at the scene. His name has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, officers affirmed that the driver of the Chevrolet stopped after hitting the person. The motorist stayed at the crash site and cooperated with the authorities.
Officials forced Culver, between Burwood and Eto Camino Road, to shut down for several hours following the collision. The cause of the fatal Victorville pedestrian accident is still under investigation.
