2 Critically Injured in Victorville Crash on Hesperia Road Near Coad Road
VICTORVILLE, CA (August 14, 2022) – Two were critically injured after a crash on Hesperia Road near Coad Road in Victorville.
According to an article published by the Victor Valley News, the accident took place on Sunday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 5:30 p.m.
Victorville police said two vehicles collided head-on for an unknown reason in the city. They crashed on Hesperia Road near Coad Road and south of Green Tree Boulevard.
Witnesses described the cars as a Chevy Malibu and a Lexus.
2 Cars Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found two people hurt. The woman driving the Chevy and the man operating the Lexus sustained critical injuries as a result of the collision.
Air ambulances took both patients to the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and Loma Linda University for treatment.
The reports did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, the cause of the Victorville crash is still under investigation.
Police forced a stretch of Hesperia Road to shut down near Coad between Cherry Hill Drive and Winona Road following the wreck.
