Man Critically Injured in Victorville Collision
VICTORVILLE, Calif. (Jan. 11, 2024) — A Victorville pedestrian accident happened Tuesday night on Green Tree Boulevard, just east of Hesperia.
An unidentified man was airlifted to a trauma center after being hit by a pickup truck at around 5:51 p.m. on Jan. 9th, according to the Victor Valley News Group.
Authorities reported the man was walking in the roadway when an oncoming Dodge Ram pickup truck struck him due to unknown circumstances.
The driver stopped his vehicle and called 911 for help. Victorville City Fire sent paramedics to the crash scene. They transported to victim to a helipad at Victor Valley Global Medical Center. Next, a Reach air ambulance took the victim to an out of the area trauma center.
Police did not identify the victim at this time. Investigators are working to determine fault for the pedestrian accident on Green Tree Boulevard.
