Pedestrian Seriously Injured in Crash at Victorville Intersection
VICTORVILLE, Calif. (Sept. 16, 2024) — A major injury pedestrian accident happened Sunday night at La Mesa Road and El Evado Road in Victorville.
An unidentified man was struck by a northbound GMC pickup truck on El Evado Road at 7:50 p.m. on Sept. 15th, according to Victor Valley News Group.
Paramedics with Victorville City Fire responded and transported him by ambulance to Victor Valley Global Medical Center, however, his injuries were more serious injuries and he was later airlifted to an trauma center out of the area.
Meanwhile, investigators spoke with the driver of the pickup truck who had pulled over and was cooperative with police.
Finally, the cause of the pedestrian accident on El Evado Road in Victorville, as well as liability, will be determined by the Victorville Police Department.
