Wrongful Death and Personal Injury Lawyer
It is evident that Mr. Americo Aguirre will be held fully responsible for causing the collision that led to the death of the woman and injuries of her passenger. Regardless of his reasons, leaving the scene following a crash is a serious crime and punishable by law especially if the incident tragically killed and injured other individuals.
Aside from fleeing, the suspect is also accused of driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of the deadly collision. These two factors leave the family of the deceased woman and Vienney Ignacio the right to pursue a wrongful death and personal injury lawsuit against the at-fault party who has neglected the safety of other people on the road. The claim will include a recompense for the funeral costs, hospital bills, pain and suffering, loss of future income, and loss of love and companionship.
