Fullerton Man, 30, Dies in Hospital After Collision Near Burbank Street
Bakersfield, CA (December 3, 2021) – Vincent Amadeus Fernandez, a 30-year-old man, suffered fatal injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on Porterville Highway.
According to the Bakersfield.com, Vincent Fernandez was behind the wheel of an SUV traveling on the highway in Bakersfield on December 1, Wednesday.
Earlier reports indicated the passenger vehicle collided into a big rig near Burbank Street.
Vincent Fernandez Killed in Bakersfield Crash on Porterville Highway
Shortly after 5:30 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the crash site. Responding paramedics found Vincent Fernandez with serious injuries. Due to his condition, medical personnel rushed the man to Kern Medical. Our sources indicated the patient later sadly succumbed to his injuries and died.
No other injured were reported in the collision.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole afternoon. Authorities continue to investigate the precise cause of the deadly car crash on Porterville Highway in Bakersfield.
