Visalia Car Accident Friday Morning, July 14th
VISALIA (July 14, 2017)- According to the California Highway Patrol, a serious injury car crash was reported Friday morning on eastbound Highway 198 just before Farmersville Road.
Authorities were alerted of the collision which involved two total vehicles including a gray BMW and a black sedan.
One of the vehicles overturned landing on its hood possibly ejecting at least one person in the process who was discovered laying in the road upon the arrival of CHP officials.
The dispatch report report indicated that the second vehicle , the BMW, rolled over but came to rest on its wheels leaving a man inside who had evident injuries.
At least two people were considered to have been significantly injured and were transported by ambulance to hospitals with undisclosed specified injuries.
CHP also noted that a gun was found at the scene which likely belonged to one of the two drivers.
No further details have been released at this time.
