2-Vehicle Crash on State Route 198
VISALIA, Calif. (August 29, 2023) — A Visalia car accident happened Tuesday morning on Highway 198 at Plaza Drive.
The two-vehicle collision occurred around 8:13 a.m. on August 29th, according to the California Highway Patrol report.
The CHP report stated the drivers of a silver Kia Sorrento SUV and a black Toyota Corolla were involved in the collision. The driver in the black Toyota reportedly “lost control and hit a mini SUV,” the report said.
Paramedics responded to help anyone hurt in the collision, but there are no further details at this time.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed the damaged vehicles including the Toyota with major front-end and side damage.
Finally, investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Visalia accident on Highway 198.
