Several Hospitalized After Collision Near Jacob Street
Visalia, CA (May 28, 2023) – A suspected DUI car crash occurred on Murray Avenue Saturday evening, May 27.
According to ABC30 and Visalia Delta Times News, an allegedly drunk man slammed into the back of another vehicle near Jacob Street in Visalia. Earlier reports described the cars involved in the wreck as a Ford Mustang, and a Tesla.
Shortly after 11 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. First responders found both vehicles plowed into a home. Officials added the collision also caused major power outage in central Visalia.
Medical personnel later responded and rendered aid to all the occupants in the disabled cars. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed the drivers and passengers in both vehicles sustained injuries in the collision. Paramedics transported all the victims to Kaweah Delta Medical Center for treatment of unspecified injuries.
DUI Suspect Arrested After Major Car Accident on Murray Avenue in Visalia
