Juvenile Killed in Collision on Riggin Avenue
Visalia, CA (April 16, 2023) – A boy died following a traffic accident that occurred on West Riggin Avenue Sunday afternoon, April 16, according to Your Central Valley News.
Our sources indicated the juvenile was riding an all-terrain vehicle traveling near the 8000 block of West Riggin Avenue. For reasons still unclear, a passing Chevrolet truck hit the ATV rider. The horrible crash took place at approximately 3 p.m.
Deadly Traffic Accident in Visalia
When emergency crews arrived at the location, they found the child lifeless. Responding paramedics performed life-saving efforts to the victim but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and passed away. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
Officials mentioned the driver of the Chevrolet truck stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation process. At this time, detectives continue to work to determine the precise cause of the fatal crash that happened on West Riggin Avenue in Visalia.
