Woman Critically Injured in Crash on Houston Avenue
VISALIA, Calif. (April 3, 2023) – A hit-and-run driver struck and injured a woman early Monday in a pedestrian accident at West Houston Avenue and North Rinaldi Street in Visalia.
The crash occurred around 2 a.m. on April 3rd, according to the Visalia Police Department.

Police responded to the Visalia intersection and located the unresponsive woman in the roadway. However, the driver involved in the traffic accident had fled the scene without stopping to help her, according to Your Central Valley News.
Paramedics transported the woman by ambulance to a local hospital. She remains hospitalized in critical condition, police said.
The Visalia Police Department Traffic Unit is investigating the cause of the collision and searching for the suspect.
