Motorcyclist Critically Injured in Crash at Visalia Intersection
VISALIA, Calif. (July 23, 2024) — A motorcycle and car were involved in a traffic accident Monday night at the North Court Street and West Riggin Avenue intersection in Visalia.
The collision occurred just before 7:30 p.m. on Monday, July 23rd at the Visalia intersection, according to ABC 30 News.
The motorcycle rider was reportedly traveling eastbound on West Riggin Avenue when for unknown reasons the rider and an SUV collided at the intersection with Court Street. The police report did not mention what direction the SUV was traveling.
The motorcyclist went down in the roadway and suffered major injuries. Paramedics responded and rushed the injured rider to a local hospital in critical condition.
There were no other injuries reported at the crash scene.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the Visalia motorcycle accident on Court Street.
