Motorcycle Rider, Passenger Hurt in Car Crash on Highway 76
VISTA, Calif. (June 10, 2021) — A Vista motorcycle crash happened Thursday afternoon on Highway 76.
Two people riding on a motorcycle suffered major injuries in the 1:45 p.m. collision on June 10th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The driver of a silver, 4-door Mitsubishi sedan collided with the motorcycle in the westbound lanes of the highway. Additionally, the CHP report does not mention what events led up to the Vista motorcycle crash. Also, there is an investigation into the collision.
Major Injury Motorcycle Accident on State Route 76 (Hwy 76)
Emergency medical personnel responded to the scene of the collision. Two people transported to the hospital suffered undisclosed injuries. Police did not release the age, gender and identification of the motorists involved. Also, the report does indicate the driver in the car remained on scene.
It’s unknown if anyone else got hurt in the Vista motorcycle crash.
