Pedestrian Hit by Car at Buena Creek Road and Santa Fe Avenue in Vista
VISTA (October 11, 2018) – A traffic accident occurred in the area of Buena Creek Road and South Santa Fe Avenue on Tuesday afternoon, according to California Highway Patrol dispatch team.
The collision was reported at approximately 3:30 p.m.
CHP received a call about a pedestrian who was struck for an unknown reason by a vehicle at the intersection at Buena Creek Road and Santa Fe Avenue.
Paramedics responded to the scene and attended to the pedestrian who might have suffered injuries as a result of the crash.
Meanwhile, the report log did not mention whether or not the driver involved stopped after hitting the victim. Authorities are gathering more information and evidence to determine what exactly caused the incident.
