Head-on Crash on State Route Highway 12
WALLACE, Calif. (March 14, 2022) — Several motorcycles and an SUV were involved in a head-on crash on Highway 12 at Boller Road in Wallace, just south of the Camanche Reservoir.
The collision happened about 11:45 a.m. on March 14th, just south of Camanche Parkway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported two or three motorcycles collided with each other and a 2002 Toyota 4Runner SUV.
It’s unknown what led up to the crash at this time. Paramedics responded to the scene to transport at least one person with major injuries to a hospital. There are no further details about the number of people hurt.
Meanwhile, tow trucks came to remove at least one of the vehicles from the scene.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the Highway 12 motorcycle crash.
