2 Injured in Wasco DUI Crash on Highway 43
WASCO (June 3, 2018) – An alleged DUI crash along Highway 43 left two people injured Wednesday, on May 30, according to 23 ABC News.
The accident took place at around 4 p.m., south of McCombs Avenue.
As per the article, California Highway Patrol said a vehicle traveling south on Highway 43 allegedly crossed a broken yellow line into a northbound lane where it collided head-on with another car.

A total of four people, all from Wasco, were involved in the wreck. Paramedics responded to the scene and attended to two parties who were hurt as a result of the crash.
CHP affirmed that one driver suffered major injuries, while the other sustained minor wounds. The names of the victims were not released.
Meanwhile, the report indicated that alcohol was believed to have been a factor in the incident. The suspect, Carlos Valencia Arriaga, was later arrested.
