Big Rig, 2 Vehicles Involved in Crash
WASCO (July 18, 2018)- According to the California Highway Patrol, an injurious collision involving a big rig was reported today at the intersection of Garces Highway and Wildwood Road.
At about 1:51 p.m., a big rig, a van, and another vehicle apparently collided causing injuries to several motorists.
Several Good Samaritans stopped their vehicles and exited their cars to provide assistance to the injured victims.
At least two people sustained injuries ranging from moderate to serious while an emergency medical aircraft landed at the scene to airlift at least one of those victims.
No details have been provided at this time in regards to what happened and why as the investigation is currently ongoing.
