At Least 1 Hurt in Collision on Yosemite Boulevard Saturday
Waterford, CA (September 10, 2021) – A suspected hit-and-run car crash occurred on State Route 132, also known as Yosemite Boulevard, on September 4.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, multiple vehicles collided near the intersection of Yosemite Boulevard and Reservoir Road. Officials said the wreck involved as many as three automobiles. At this time, the description of the cars involved in the incident remained unknown.
Earlier reports indicated at least one person suffered injuries as a result of the wreck. Pending confirmation, the name of the victim and the extent of their trauma have not been revealed thus far.

The CHP log later confirmed one driver fled the scene before police arrived. Detectives continue work at this time to identify and locate the hit-and-run suspect.
