WATSONVILLE, California (October 24, 2016) – A head-on collision in the area of Hall Road and Las Lomas Drive injured two motorists on Monday evening, according to California Highway Patrol dispatch team.
CHP said two small vehicles collided head-on at about 7:12 p.m.
As per the incident log, paramedics responded and confirmed that the drivers of the cars were hurt following the crash.
At least one person was extricated after being pinned in one of the vehicles involved.
It was not immediately clear if the victims were taken to the hospital or they were treated at the scene. The names and condition of the patients at this time were not disclosed.
Authorities are gathering more information and evidence to determine the cause of the accident.
