Two Injured Collision on South Sepulveda Boulevard in LA County
WESTCHESTER, Calif. (August 29, 2024) — Two people were injured in a crash on South Sepulveda Boulevard at Howard Hughes Parkway in the Westchester area of Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles Fire Department sent firefighters and paramedics to the crash scene near Howard Hughes Center at 8:56 p.m. on August 28th after reports of the crash.
One of two people injured was badly trapped in the wreckage and required extrication by firefighters, the LAFD report said.
It happened in the 6900 block of S. Sepulveda Boulevard due to unknown circumstances, the report said.
Police requested the closure of all southbound lanes of Sepulveda Boulevard at Howard Hughes Parkway.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the Sepulveda Boulevard accident.
