Motorcyclist Killed in Collision at Newland Avenue and Heil Street Thursday
Westminster, CA (May 14, 2021) – A motorcycle rider died following a traffic accident in the area of Newland Avenue and Heil Street Thursday evening.
The Orange County Register News reported a motorcyclist traveling east on Heil collided with a car heading nort on Newland. The two drivers drove into the Westminster intersection at the same time.
Shortly after 8:55 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the location and found the motorbike disabled in the middle of the crossing. Officials said the motorcyclist ended up overthrown onto the roadway due to the force from the impact.

Huntington Beach paramedics performed life-saving measures to the motorcyclist. Sadly, the man succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene. Authorities continue to withhold the name of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, the conditions of the occupants in the car involved in the unfortunate event have not been discussed thus far.
Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine several factors surrounding the deadly motorcycle accident in Westminster.
