Westmorland crash Baughman Forrester
1 Injured in Westmorland Crash at Baughman and Forrester Roads
WESTMORLAND, CA (January 8, 2022) – At least one was injured after a car crash at Baughman Road and Forrester Road in Westmorland.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident took place on Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 3:46 p.m.
The incident began when a vehicle was going south on Forrester Road, approaching Baughman Road, in Westmorland. At the same time, another car was traveling west on Baughman.
2 Cars Collide
The dispatch said the two vehicles then collided in the intersection. CHP described one of the cars involved as a Chevrolet Camaro.
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near Highway 78. They then found one person who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel apparently took the patient to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Baughman and Forrester roads to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Westmorland crash is still under investigation.
