2-Vehicle Crash on Spenceville Road in Wheatland
WHEATLAND, Calif. (June 1, 2022) — A two-vehicle Wheatland crash happened Wednesday morning on Spenceville Road.
The collision occurred about 7:19 a.m. on June 1st near 2174-2289 Spenceville Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Rollover Crash
CHP officials reported the drivers of two white SUVs collided due to unknown circumstances. One of them overturned during the crash and the vehicles blocked both lanes of the roadway.
The Yuba County Sheriff’s Office sent Wheatland police to the scene and requested the Yuba Fire Department to respond.
There are injuries involved, but there are no specific details about those hurt.
Meanwhile, investigators are piecing together evidence and witness statements. Tow trucks were at the scene to remove both of the SUVs following the Wheatland crash on Spenceville Road.
The case remains open at this time.
