1 Hurt in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Interstate 10 Monday
Whitewater, CA (July 19, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a car crash that occurred on Interstate 10 Freeway in Whitewater Monday afternoon.
The KESQ News reported multiple vehicles collided in the westbound side of the freeway just west of Haugen-Lehmann Way. According to the article published online, the wreck involved as many as four automobiles. The exact make and model of the cars found at the scene remained undisclosed.

Shortly after 5 p.m., emergency teams arrived at the location. Responding paramedics attended to one person who sustained major injuries from the collision. Due to the condition of the victim, an ambulance rushed the patient to the hospital for treatment.
Police shut down multiple lanes on the freeway to give way to the investigation process. At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise cause of the car crash in Whitewater.
