4 Hospitalized After Car Crash on I-605 Freeway Wednesday
Whittier, CA (April 15, 2021) – On April 14, Wednesday, the On Scene TV reported a major car accident that occurred on Interstate 605 in Whittier.
Authorities said a vehicle with multiple occupants became airborne for an unknown reason on I-605 near Rose Hills Drive. The car reportedly flown off the roadway and crashed down into a tree.
The front-end of the vehicle was completely wrapped after landing on the ground.
When personnel from the Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived, they immediately worked to extricate at least one person trapped in the wreckage. The firefighters later confirmed they successfully freed the man.
2 Critical, 2 Injured in Whittier Car Accident [April 14]
Our sources indicated emergency teams rushed two patients in critical condition to local hospitals. In addition, paramedics also transported to the hospital the other two parties with minor injuries as a precaution.
The names of the injured people in the car accident at Whittier remained undisclosed pending confirmation. Further investigation on the case is underway.
