WHITTIER: Motorcycle, Car Crash Leffingwell and Stamy Roads
SOUTH WHITTIER, California (June 26, 2017) — A motorcyclist was hospitalized in critical condition after a collision Sunday night with a motorist at Leffingwell and Stamy roads, according to On Scene TV.
The crash was reported to CHP officers about 10:12 p.m. last night. The CHP responded with paramedics to the scene where the bike had collided with a dark-colored sedan. The motorcyclist was injured and laying on the ground. The rider was transported by ambulance to a local hospital where he or she is being treated for major injuries.
The CHP’s Santa Fe Springs station is heading up an investigation into the crash. They will seek to determine whether or not drugs or alcohol were factors.
