WHITTIER, California (March 25, 2016) – One was injured in a traffic accident at the intersection of Mines and Norwalk boulevards on Friday night, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The crash involving a gray pickup truck and a white colored vehicle took place at about 9:09 p.m.
As per the incident log, Los Angeles County Fire Department officials along with the paramedics responded to attend to the victim who reportedly sustained a finger injury.
However the dispatch did not include if the patient was treated at the scene or was transported to a hospital for further medical aid.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident to determine liability.
