Driver Killed in Car Accident on Murrieta and Case Roads

PERRIS, California (April 1, 2014) – Driver William Churchill, 39, of Perris was killed Monday night in a rollover car accident at the intersection of Murrieta and Case roads, according to a press release by the Riverside County Sheriff Coroner.
According to the report, Churchill was heading northbound on Murrieta Road at a high rate of speed when he went through the intersection and lost control of his red Chevrolet Impala sedan at 8:08 p.m. The vehicle overturned multiple times and went off the roadway into a dirt field just north of the intersection, the report said. Police believe it was a solo collision and Churchill was alone in his vehicle at the time of the crash.
Mr. Churchill died at the scene of the crash.
“My prayers go out to the family of this man as the cope with his sudden loss,” said Riverside Car Accident Attorney James Johnson, founder of Johnson Attorneys Group. “Police will issue a detailed report with more information that may offer insight into what happened here yesterday and provide some closure.”
An investigation is underway by The Perris Police Department Traffic Reconstruction Team to determine exactly what happened.
