Driver Killed in Crash and Passenger Hurt
CONCORD, Calif. (Jan. 4, 2018) — William Kibalama, 29, of Winnetka, reportedly lost control of his vehicle on the North Main Street on-ramp to the Interstate 680 Freeway north in a fatal crash yesterday near Walnut Creek, according to East Bay Times.
Kibalama was driving a Toyota sedan when the crash took place about 10:10 a.m. on Wednesday.
His 28-year-old passenger, a man who lives in Pittsburg, was hospitalized with moderate injuries and expected to recover from his injuries.
