William Larson Killed in Hit-and-run Crash in Riverside on Magnolia Ave
Anaheim Man Identified as Victim of Deadly Crash in Riverside
RIVERSIDE, Calif. (March 7, 2025) – William Larson, 37, of Anaheim, died in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident Tuesday night on Magnolia Avenue, roughly 100 yards east of Lincoln Street in Riverside.
It happened around 8:42 PM on March 4th, 2025, according to the California Highway Patrol. The Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner identified the victim on its website.
CHP officials reported two vehicles struck and killed the Anaheim man and the first driver fled the scene.
Authorities are actively investigating the circumstances and searching for the suspect.

So far, what we know, is a driver in a white vehicle struck the victim and then another motorist ran over the person in the roadway.
Someone called 911 to report the collision, but they were “panicking and unable to confirm if the second driver remained on scene,” the CHP report said.
Emergency responders from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office and the Riverside Coroner’s division were dispatched to the scene.
The pedestrian sustained serious injuries died following the Riverside accident.
Riverside police closed down Magnolia Avenue between Lincoln and Buchanan Streets to investigate the fatal hit-and-run crash.
