Motorcyclist Strikes, Kills Pedestrian Near Highway 198 Thursday
Hanford, CA (January 8, 2022) – William Odam, a 79-year-old man, died following a pedestrian accident that occurred on 12th Avenue near Glendale.
The ABC30 News reported a motorcycle rider struck a man crossing 12th Avenue. Official said the horrible crash took place near Highway 198 on January 6, Thursday.

Shortly after 6:15 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. First responders found the pedestrians lying on the ground. Despite life-saving measures, the victims succumbed to his injuries and died. Authorities later confirmed the identity of the deceased as William Odam.
Meanwhile, the motorcyclist appeared unharmed after the incident.
Investigators continue to work at this time to determine liability in the deadly pedestrian accident on 12th Avenue.
