Willie Swanson, 40, Killed in Antioch Crash on James Donlon Boulevard
ANTIOCH, CA (December 6, 2022) – Willie Swanson was killed after a car crash on James Donlon Boulevard in Antioch.
The coroner’s office identified the 40-year-old Antioch man as the victim of the fatal wreck which took place on Sunday.
The incident happened when Willie James Grady Swanson was driving along James Donlon Boulevard in Antioch. For an unknown reason, his car collided with another vehicle.
Police said the two crashed near Silverado Drive. The Mercury News and SF Gate wrote that the accident occurred on December 4 at about 10:05 a.m.
2 Injured in Wreck
The car of the 40-year-old motorist rolled over as a result of the collision. Willie Swanson ended up ejected from his overturned vehicle following the crash.
He soon died at the scene of the incident. Meanwhile, police added that the driver and a passenger in the other vehicle complained of pain after the wreck.
Paramedics then rushed both patients to the hospital for further aid. The collision forced a part of James Donlon Boulevard to shut down near Silverado for a time.
