Woman, Child Trapped After Car Crash Highway 101 Tuesday
Willits, CA (April 20, 2021) – A car accident that occurred on Highway 101 resulted in injuries, the California Highway Patrol group reported.
On Tuesday, at about 7:05 p.m., a head-on collision occurred in the 27990 block of Highway 99 in Willits. First responders found at the scene a Honda Accord, and a small Chevrolet pickup. Our sources indicated both vehicles sustained major front-end damage as a result of the crash.

Our sources indicated a female party, and a child were found trapped after the incident. Firefighters later arrived at the scene and extricated the victims. According to the CHP dispatch, the collision resulted in major injuries. However, the name of the victims and their age remained undisclosed.
Several factors surrounding the wreck have not been revealed thus far. Given that, investigators handling the case continue to work to determine the precise circumstances that led to the car accident in Willits.
