Minor Injury Car Crash on Highway 96 Near Kirkham Creek
LOCATION: Willow Creek, Humboldt County
DATE OF COLLISION: Saturday, December 8th
December 9, 2018 – An injury traffic collision occurred Saturday evening on Highway 96, according to the California Highway Patrol group.
The CHP logged at 6:15 p.m. an accident involving a truck that overturned on the part of the highway near Kirkham Creek.
First responders reportedly found two occupants inside the wreckage. Both parties were immediately extricated, and provided treatment for what appeared to be minor injuries. The names of the patients have not been disclosed thus far.
At this time, not other details have been yet released. The detectives handling the case continue to work to determine precisely what caused the accident.
