WILLOWS, GLENN COUNTY (October 26, 2016)- According to the California Highway Patrol, a deadly head-on crash was reported Wednesday afternoon at or near the crossroads of Highway 162 (Biggs-Willows Road) and Road T.
At about 1:01 p.m., a semi-truck and a Mercury Sable collided prompting notification to both the California Highway Patrol and the Glenn County Sheriffs Department.
Three occupants inside the Mercury- two adults and an infant, tragically did not survive and suffered fatal injuries following the deadly wreck which resulted in the closure of both eastbound and westbound lanes of Highway 162,
Limited details have been made available as both CHP officials and Glenn County sheriff authorities investigate.
