4-Vehicle Crash on 110 Freeway in Wilmington
WILMINGTON, Calif. (Sept. 2, 2021) — A multi-vehicle Wilmington car accident happened Thursday morning on the southbound Interstate 110 Freeway.
The Wilmington collision happened about 9:18 a.m. on September 2nd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a blue Dodge Durango, a brown Nissan Xterra, a black Hyundai Santa Fe and a fourth vehicle were involved. The vehicles were blocking the Anaheim Street off ramp in front of the college, police said.
One person suffered a head injury and was bleeding, the report said. At least one ambulance responded and the injuries are considered minor.
Meanwhile, four tow trucks removed the damaged vehicles from the crash scene.
Investigators seek to determine cause of the crash and liability.
