WILMINGTON, California (March 24, 2016) — A multi-vehicle injury crash took place Thursday morning on the northbound Interstate 110 Harbor Freeway at Pacific Coast Highway, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash was reported about 7:13 a.m. after someone called 911 after hearing a “loud hard traffic accident.” The caller told CHP officers there were as many as five vehicles possibly involved including two that were facing the wrong way in traffic lanes. Some of the vehicles involved included a large silver SUV, a small black sedan and a big rig truck.
Paramedics were sent to the scene as a precaution in case anyone was hurt in the crash.
