Tow Truck Hits Cyclist at Winton and Crawford
Winton, CA (April 24, 2022) – A juvenile suffered injuries following a traffic crash that occurred in the area of Winton Way and Crawford Street.
On April 18, Monday, a tow truck reportedly struck a juvenile riding a bicycle in the streets of Winton. The Merced Golden Wire News reported the accident took place shortly before 7 p.m. at the intersection of Winton and Crawford.
Juvenile Injured in Winton Bicycle Accident
Medical personnel later arrived at the location and immediately rendered aid to the cyclist. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed the juvenile sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision.
Meanwhile, no information had been yet disclosed on the driver of the tow truck.
Detectives stayed at the scene for several hours after the crash. They continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led up to the traffic accident at Winton Way and Crawford Street.
