Haylee Sternberg, 23, Arrested
The collision occurred on River Road, west of Old Trenton Road, just after midnight.
California Highway Patrol said 23-year-old Haylee Sternberg was going west on River Road when she lost control of her minivan.
The minivan traveled off the roadway, overturned and went down an embankment, landing on its passenger side.
As per the article, the female passenger was unconscious when she was extricated from the vehicle. She was rushed to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital where she was listed in critical condition.
A report by Patch described the victim as a 25-year-old Healdsburg woman.
Meanwhile, The Press Democrat reported that Sternberg was also hospitalized to be checked for injuries. She was then booked into the Sonoma County Jail on suspicion of two counts of felony drunken driving causing major injury with a bail set at $100,000.
