Woman Killed in Pico-Union Crash Identified as Juana Hernandez Ramos

Juana Hernandez Ramos, 42, Killed in Multi-Vehicle Collision
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (June 25, 2026) – Juana Hernandez Ramos, 42, died Wednesday night in a three-vehicle collision on South Union Avenue in the Pico-Union district.
The Los Angeles woman was identified by the Los Angeles County medical examiner’s office.
The collision occurred around 5:55 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24th to the 1800 block of South Union Avenue, roughly a block north of Washington Boulevard, officials said.
The Los Angeles Fire Department sent fire trucks and ambulances to the scene to help those injured in the collision, but sadly, the woman died at the scene.
Detectives are working to determine the cause of the collision, the Los Angeles Police Department said.
