SANTA CRUZ, California (February 6, 2017) – A suspected hit-and-run collision left a woman identified as Bianca Zipper, 26, of Austria, dead on Seabright Avenue early Monday morning, according to KION News Channel.
The incident was reported about 2:38 a.m., south of Broadway.
As per the article, Santa Cruz police said Zipper was found lying along Seabright Avenue after being struck by an unknown vehicle whose driver failed to render aid and fled the scene.
The 26-year-old woman had been vacationing with her husband who had not been identified at this time.
