Woodcrest crash Canyon Van Buren
1 Injured in Woodcrest Crash at Canyon View Drive and Van Buren Boulevard
WOODCREST, CA (March 26, 2022) – One was hospitalized after a crash at Canyon View Drive and Van Buren Boulevard in Woodcrest.
The Riverside County Fire Department first logged the incident on Friday night. Officers reported the wreck on March 25 at about 9:22 p.m.
Cal Fire said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Woodcrest. They crashed at the intersection of Canyon View Drive and Van Buren Boulevard.
2 Vehicles Collide
One of the cars involved then rolled onto its side upon impact. The vehicle ended up wrapped into a pole nearby as a result of the collision.
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and extricated a trapped occupant from the wreckage. They took the patient to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, officers the area of Canyon View and Van Buren to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Woodcrest crash is still under investigation.
