Yair Martinez-Garcia, 21, Killed in Accident on 4th Street Near Hermosa Avenue
RANCHO CUCAMONGA (October 3, 2018) – A pedestrian was killed after a traffic accident along 4th Street early Tuesday, according to The Daily Bulletin.
San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department identified the deceased as 21-year-old Yair Martinez-Garcia, of Ontario.
As per the article, deputies said Martinez-Garcia was crossing 4th Street near Hermosa Avenue when he was struck for an unknown reason by a truck.

Martinez-Garcia was immediately taken to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The crash occurred at approximately 12:24 a.m., just west of the intersection.
Meanwhile, the report indicated that the operator of the truck attempted to avoid collided but failed and hit the man who was outside of a crosswalk at the time.
