Suspected DUI Crash on Highway 99; Two Hurt
SUTTER COUNTY, Calif. (April 28, 2022) — Yolanda Salas, 29, and Natasha Adams, 26, were both injured in a crash Sunday morning on Highway 70 near Howsley Road in Sutter County.
The drivers were traveling in opposite directions when the southbound Honda Accord driven by Natasha Adams veered into northbound lanes and crashed with Yolanda Salas’s vehicle.
The collision happened about 2:15 a.m. on April 25th in Sutter County, according to Action News Now.
Both women suffered injuries in the crash. Paramedics responded and rushed them to a hospital.
Subsequently, police arrested both of them on DUI charges, according to the California Highway Patrol. Natasha Adams was arrested for DUI with injury and Yolanda Salas was arrested for DUI.
The investigation into the case is ongoing.
