Cyclist Dies at Hospital After Collision at Wolfe Road and Inverness Way
SUNNYVALE, Calif. (September 28, 2022) – Yong Hu, 63, died in a bicycle accident Monday night at Wolfe Road and Inverness Way in Sunnyvale.
The collision occurred about 5:10 p.m. on Sept. 27th, according to Mercury News.
The bicycle rider was struck by a vehicle while traveling near the intersection of Wolfe Road and Inverness Way, the report said.
Paramedics responded and located the bicycle rider suffering in serious injuries.
They transported the victim to the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, but unfortunately he succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
Meanwhile, the driver involved stopped and cooperated with police.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the bicycle accident at Wolfe Road and Inverness Way.
