YOUNTVILLE (May 23, 2016)- According to the Napa Valley Register, a 2-car crash took place Saturday evening on Highway 29 also known as St. Helena Highway leaving a man and a woman injured.

At roughly 7:10 p.m., Kathryn Cassidy, 38, of Glen Ellen, was the driver of a northbound vehicle who was struck by a southbound vehicle driven by Ezra Katz .

The article confirmed that Katz drifted into oncoming traffic and caused the wreck.

Both Kathryn Cassidy and Katz were taken by ambulance to Queen of the Valley Medical Center. Their conditions have not been updated at this time.
